Aerotek is hiring multiple CNC Operators in the Rockford area!
Job Description
Operate multiple CNC Milling machines, including Doosan and Kia models. Read blueprints to check parts using gauges, micrometers, and calipers. Manage two machines simultaneously, performing drilling, tapping, boring, and turning.
Responsibilities
Efficiently operate multiple CNC Milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints for precision machining
Check parts using gauges, micrometers, and calipers
Perform drilling, tapping, boring, and turning operations
Load and unload parts, sand, and deburr
Adjust tools as neededEssential Skills
Proficiency in operating CNC Mill or Lathe machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Experience with micrometers, gauges, and calipers.
Experience with various CNC machine models such as Doosan and Kia.
Familiarity with machining processes and tool adjustments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work the 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm with a 5% shift premium. Operate in a climate-controlled, well-lit, and organized facility. The environment focuses on general manufacturing with numerous CNC Milling machines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
