Join our team as an Assembler where you will be responsible for the initial assembly of high-end office furniture. You will utilize various hand and power tools to construct and assemble wood products, ensuring quality and precision in every piece.

Responsibilities

Perform first assembly of high-end office furniture using various hand and power tools.

Operate table saws, band saws, miter saws, and other woodworking equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints to guide assembly processes.

Ensure quality and precision in building and assembling wood products.

Conduct inspection and painting tasks using spray guns and industrial painting techniques.Essential Skills

Proficiency in carpentry, cabinetry, and assembly.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Experience with woodworking and finish carpentry.

Skill in operating hand tools and power tools, including miter saws, table saws, and band saws.

Capability in inspection, painting, and general labor tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications

6+ months of experience in manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction.

Experience in machine operation is preferred but not required.

Ability to read a tape measure accurately.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in a newly built milling department with excellent ventilation and lighting. The facility is equipped with new tools and equipment, and the manufacturing process is highly organized. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection (both provided). You may wear jeans or shorts during the summer.

1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 3:30pm (depending on OT) - Monday through Friday

2nd shift: 3:30pm - 2:00am - Monday through Thursday

3rd shift: 7:30pm - 6:00am - Monday through Thursday

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
