About the role

You will manage projects from day one, making decisions with real impact and driving performance through brands with purpose to Create a Cleaner & Healthier world. This is your chance! We’re looking for The Regulatory Detailing & Science Communication Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of detailing scientific content, HCP communication strategy and the overall brands growth.

The role will develop detailing content, support the definition of superiority claims based on scientific argumentation giving competitive advantage to our brands as well as equipping commercial teams with a best in class detailing capabilities.

The role also includes support in country pharmacy sales trainings / meetings including customer fairs and events.

He/she/they will be key team member of a cross functional team in support of the assigned brands.

Your responsibilities

You will/You’ll be responsible for:

• Scientific content holder for the Organization on OTC and Sexual Wellbeing.

• Trainer in Science/Product for OTC/Sexual Wellbeing for Sales and MKT.

• Prepare communications.

• Liaison with Global, R&D, Medical affairs as source of scientific information.

• Contribute to the HCP advertising strategy ensuring new communication channels, stronger and innovating claims, improved promotional activities and materials. Work on effective strategy to make our communication always more powerful, creative, efficient and attractive.

• Contribute to the development of the annual brand plans, specifically ensuring that HCP and key recommender issues and initiatives are identified, and resources agreed in the planning process.

The experience we're looking for

-Educated to minimum university degree level, ideally in Nutrition, Pharmacy or any other Health Science related studies.

-5 years of experience in Science based training or/and Regulatory within in the Healthcare industry.

- Aptitude for strategic thinking and making informed business decisions under pressure.

- Keen business acumen with a clear understanding of product lifecycle management and consumer insights.

- Proven capacity to foster business partnerships and manage relationships, with a collaborative approach.

- An innovative mindset ready to engage in digital transformations within R & D, Quality, and Manufacturing sectors.
