We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Secretary (Female, Arabic-speaking) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude.

This position requires extensive travel across the GCC countries.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to executives and managers Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements across the GCC Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage correspondence Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion Handle various administrative tasks efficiently and on time Assist with personal and business-related tasks as required Travel across the GCC region for business meetings, events, and other responsibilities Requirements: Female, fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role Ability to travel frequently within the GCC region Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management software Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Positive attitude, flexible, and able to work under pressure Please send your resume/CV
