We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Asst Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales for Security Guards Services and Cleaning services, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate and retail clients.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Security Services and Cleaning services sector • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, retail, and residential clients • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Security Services, janitorial, cleaning, or facility management services • Strong network and client base in Bahrain • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Valid Bahrain driving license and vehicle.
