We are looking for a Lead Cook to join our amazing team!
The job requirements are notated below, this person would be covering the chef's days off during peak season.
Proven experience as a lead line cook or similar role in a fast-paced environment
Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced work environment

Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met on Chefs’ days off.
Maintain pars and order accordingly when covering days off.
Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed
Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized workstation according to company standards, health department regulations and manufacturer specifications.
Oversee shared kitchen team tasks including but not limited to cleaning and organizing, opening and closing the kitchen, receiving orders, etc.
Fluid communication skills.
