Job Description

Now Hiring for Batch Makers in Elgin, IL

1st and 2nd shifts

Pay based on experience and shift differential

Duties include but not limited to:

Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instructions

Communicate all concerns and other work related issues to Supervisor/Manager.

Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety and attendance requirements.

Complete all paperwork and maintain all files associated with the position.

Participate in performance improvement measures and tasks. Recommends improvements.

Participate in training and is accountable for learning the material and information.

Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Issues batch records based on requests from Planning.

Must assign a sequential lot number and record in the Finished Product log.

Fills out component requirements for all batch records.

Reviews all finished batch records for completeness and accuracy.

Responsible for ensuring that any corrections or omissions are taken care of in a timely manner.

After release by the QA Supervisor/Manager, ensures that the Shipping Department is notified that the product is released for Distribution.

Issue release stickers to QC for application to approved product.

Keep all files in a neat and orderly fashion.

Any additional projects assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

Previous experience in batch making

Previous experience in GMP regulated setting

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk for entire shift

Ability to lift up to 50 or more pounds

Ability to work in extreme temperatures
