Graphic Designer UX UI and Figma Expert

We’re now looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for UXUI to help us craft beautiful conversion-focused landing pages and digital experiences.

You’ll work with a team that specializes in building landing pages that actually convert.

What You’ll Do: Design wireframes, mockups, and final UI assets for landing pages and web interfaces Design fully responsive and visually appealing landing pages / websites in Figma Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and strategists to turn ideas into pixel-perfect experiences Apply the best UX practices to ensure high usability and conversion Organize and deliver clean, structured Figma files for handoff to dev Stay updated on design trends, CRO techniques, and digital best practices Maintain brand consistency across all projects Must-Have Skills: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (preferably web-based) Expert in Figma – components, prototyping, styles, and collaboration Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design Ability to turn strategy and wireframes into eye-catching interfaces Strong attention to detail and organized file management Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality Bonus: experience with tools like Adobe CC, Webflow, or motion graphics Who You Are: A creative thinker with a strong eye for layout, color, and typography Someone who understands that good design is about results, not just beauty Able to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly A collaborative team player who loves creating smart, effective digital products Results-oriented mindset with self-discipline and follow-through Experience using tools like ClickUp, Monday, or any modern CRM Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively with a remote team Fluent, clear, and confident English speaker Background in marketing agencies, web strategy – big plus
