Forklift Operator

Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing partners with a prominent client in the warehousing industry in Kansas City, MO. We are looking for a forklift operator who is hard working and detail-oriented. This position requires recent forklift experience with sit down forklift, reach truck, and/or cherry picker.

Forklift Operator Shift:

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (cherry picker and reach truck experience)

Monday- Friday 2:30pm -11:00pm (sit-down forklift experience)Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

Use of a reach truck, sit down forklift AND/OR cherry picker (2 consistent years of work history within the past 3 years)

Use a scan gun to determine the location of product

Load and unload products

Read Bills of Lading, packing lists, and other paper work

Inventory cycle countingForklift Operator Qualifications:

Forklift experience required- Minimum of 2 years

Ability to work with numbers

Consistent work history

6 months of experience in warehousing

Must be able to lift up to 50-60lbs, walk, stand, bend, knee, scoop.Why Peoplelink?
