About the Role:

A local technology company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to help shape the future of our growing team. This is not just a recruiting role—it's an opportunity to be a foundational part of building and optimizing our internal recruiting systems to ensure a more streamlined, efficient, and scalable hiring process.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle technical recruiting while also playing a key role in designing and improving recruiting workflows and best practices. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and partner with third-party recruiting agencies to build a strong, high-functioning hiring ecosystem that supports the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies.

Collaborate in shaping and improving recruiting processes, systems, and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.

Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, events, and social platforms.

Work closely with third-party recruiting agencies, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with internal needs and standards.

Manage full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening through interviews, feedback coordination, and offer negotiation.

Develop and implement recruiting best practices to deliver a consistent, streamlined experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.

Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Track, report, and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Stay informed on tech industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring innovations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth tech startup or agency setting.

Proven track record of successfully hiring for roles in Software Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and related technical fields.

Experience designing or optimizing recruiting workflows and systems for efficiency and scalability.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms.

Demonstrated success in working with and managing third-party recruiting agency partnerships.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Company Description
