Safely load removed materials into dumpsters or trucks.
Assist in staging and organizing salvageable equipment for resale or removal.
Perform detailed broom-sweep cleanouts, ensuring the store is left in excellent condition.

Support the site supervisor and work cooperatively with general laborers.
Contribute to a calm, respectful, and steady-paced work environment.
Requirements:
Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
Comfortable using reciprocating saws, drills, and hand tools.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
Experience with general labor, warehouse, demo, or construction work.
Dependable and emotionally even-keeled — capable of staying composed and solution-focused in unexpected or stressful moments.
Attentive to safety, with a careful and thoughtful approach to demolition tasks.
Professional demeanor — no tolerance for aggressive or erratic behavior.
