Job Description

We are looking for a special person who:

Your role will be to work closely with the construction department to craft an astonishing work of art. Your daily tasks will include operating quad-axel, tri-axel and dump trucks. You will be assisting in the building of in-ground swimming pools all year round. Additional tasks to driving will include troweling, wheeling vermiculite/concrete and bolting steel walls together. Loading trucks with all necessary materials will be a daily task so the ability to do heavy lifting is essential.

Requirements Include:

Possession of a valid CDL Class A driver’s license with clean driving record

Basic Mechanical abilities

Ability to read a tape measure

Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively

This is a full-time position (40+ hours) with a complete benefits package. Our office is located on the outskirts of Waukesha, WI. $2,000 Sign On Bonus to be paid out as $500 after 90 days and $500 after 6 months and $1,000 after 1 year of continued employment.

Our Showroom is located on the outskirts of Waukesha which offers a wide variety of Caldera spas and hot tubs as well as pool accessories and chemicals.

Since 2012 Swimming Pool Services (SPS) has provided Professional Holiday Decorating Services and Christmas Light Installation known as Christmas Décor Swimming Pool Services. We provide our clients a professional, hassle-free experience, and they are able to enjoy brilliant results that give their property that special something for the holidays.
