We are looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to support families in need of childcare financial assistance and provide them with the tools to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance/subsidy programs
Provide accurate information on local childcare programs and providers
Enter data accurately into various online systems, ensuring data integrity
Requirements:
Bi-lingual Required (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) plus English
At least 1 year experience in: Health and Human Services or Call Center experience
Experience with childcare subsidy programs or service referrals is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
