Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our self-storage facility. The Porter will assist with basic maintenance tasks and ensure the property is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain facility grounds, hallways, units, and common areas.

Remove trash and debris from the property.

Perform light maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, and minor repairs.

Assist with clearing out vacated units.

Report any safety or maintenance issues to management.

Provide occasional customer assistance as needed.

Follow all safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred, but not required.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule, may include weekends.

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
