Job Summary

Strategic Energy Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in client engagement and a strong background in data management. As a Program Coordinator, you will lead the onboarding of clients into our continuous improvement processes, focusing on energy optimization. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client energy consumption, production, and facility data, collaborating with our engineering team to develop predictive regression models, and verifying energy savings. You will also manage program progress, ensure accurate and timely client data submissions, and provide ongoing support to optimize client outcomes. This position requires residency in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy of energy and production data, verifying no missing or out-of-range dates.

Data Reconciliation: Align client baseline monthly energy consumption data with electric utility records.

Meter Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of client electric meters and account details.

Action Plan Development: Design, update, and monitor client action plans and performance metrics to drive energy efficiency.

Savings Reporting: Verify the accuracy of monthly savings reports, ensuring client regression model results are correctly reflected in cohort savings reports.

Client Coordination: Partner with SEG implementation and engineering teams to schedule and facilitate monthly progress meetings.

Client Data Management: Maintain and update client information, incorporating new participants and ensuring all required data is complete.

Program Oversight: Track and log program milestones to monitor progress and ensure timely achievement of objectives.

Qualifications

Residency: Must be a Tennessee resident.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, engineering, data science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client program management.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and regression modeling.

Expertise in data organization, manipulation, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.

Experience with VBA, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis is a strong plus.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and train diverse teams.

Software Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
