We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily operations within a retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of store resources. Duties

Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Manage cash handling processes, including overseeing cash registers and ensuring accurate transactions.

Maintain inventory levels by managing stock, conducting regular audits, and placing orders as needed.

Utilize retail math to analyze sales trends and make informed decisions regarding product placement and promotions.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting store offerings.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

Assist in implementing sales strategies to achieve store goals and maximize profitability.

Maintain effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors.

Skills

Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems.

Strong understanding of retail math principles.

Experience in supervising staff within a grocery store or retail environment.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage stock effectively.
