In this key front-line role, you’ll keep our maintenance agreements running smoothly, support our technicians in the field, and deliver top-tier customer service — all while working with a team that treats each other like family.
As part of our Service Department, you’ll be the go-to person for scheduling, updating records, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. Every call you take and schedule you manage helps keep homes and businesses flowing smoothly!
What You'll Be Doing:
Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
Schedule residential plumbing maintenance visits with available technicians
Support the dispatcher with daily service call coordination and coverage
Verify and update customer info during every interaction
Create accurate service tickets for incoming demand service calls
Call customers when technicians are en route and notify them of any delays
Mark service calls as “delayed” or “completed” in our system with correct details
Keep ServiceTitan updated — accuracy matters!
Help coordinate commercial plumbing maintenance with support from dispatch
Make “Happiness Calls” after technician visits to ensure satisfaction
Assist with other tasks and projects as needed by the Service Manager
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
Excellent communicator — both with coworkers and customers
Comfortable juggling priorities, especially during peak seasons
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software (a plus!)
Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry preferred
