Your role
Join the Private Banking team at UBS Portugal from which you will be supporting the UHNWI/HNWI in Lisbon within the International Wealth Management division. Your main responsibility will be to provide high quality support to Senior Relationship.
We’re looking for a client advisor for HNW & UHNW Portugal clients to:
• provide support to CA’s in all organizational and coordination tasks related to client support and development.
• complete all formalities (opening new client relationships, opening, and dosing accounts, transfers.
• receive, enter and monitor stock exchange orders.
• provide telephone services; actively assisting with client advice by phone (information, responding to queries regarding financial markets/investments) as instructed by the CA.
• provide all general secretariat to the Country Head, The Branch Manager, and the CA’s requests; (preparing presentations for the management, daily tasks of the branch, communicating orders to internal units, processing all types of correspondence, monitor tasks).
• prepare for and following-up after client meetings (i.e. putting together documents/presentations, helping to prepare investment proposals, analyses, and statistics) as instructed by the CA.
• ensure data quality (e.g. entering and accessing data in the proper tools).
• establish and maintain an internal network of cross-divisional contact.

Your expertise
You’ll be a good match if you have:
• an Assistant CA should follow the bank policies, procedures in organizational unit, and instructions from line management.
• bachelor or College degree and relevant professional experience and training of at least 1 year of administrative private banking experience.
• be performance and customer-oriented, motivated and able to handle professional EAMs under the right deadlines / pressure.
• be a team player with good communication skills, with an eye for details and a high level of integrity.
• good interpersonal skills and client rapport building skills.
• be fluent in English.
• have strong interest in playing a supporting role.
