Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Banquet Servers to support event operations by delivering food and beverages, setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, and ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms, including tables, linens, chairs, and service stations

Serve plated meals or buffet items to guests during events

Refill beverages, clear plates, and respond promptly to guest requests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space throughout the service

Break down and clean up event areas after service concludes

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment

Collaborate with catering and kitchen staff to ensure smooth event execution

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant service experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Must be authorized to work in the United States
