Responsibilities
Based at our Moncton, NB facility, the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting strategic recruitment initiatives that strengthen PepsiCo Canada's talent pipeline and overall success. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this position provides full-cycle recruitment support for frontline roles across the organization. Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate candidate communications.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and candidate management through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, and career fairs.
Maintain compliance with employment legislation and hiring policies.
Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of recruitment.
Qualifications
Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, is required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or a similar HR capacity.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Strong understanding of hiring best practices and applicable employment legislation.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and execution.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong critical thinking skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail.
High degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
