Description:

Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to inform clients about the platform’s products and offers.

Presenting the platform’s advantages and motivating clients to be more active.

Consulting clients on various issues related to using the platform, accessing their accounts, and other aspects of the service.

Participating in tasks aimed at reducing customer churn and increasing engagement.

I'd like for you to handle negative feedback or objections from clients to resolve them effectively.

Retaining clients by building trustful relationships and providing useful information.

Adhering to quality standards.

Requirements: Work Experience: Experience in a call centre or phone sales.

Skills: Phone negotiation skills and overcoming objections.

Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Hindi/Bengali and English.

Knowledge of additional languages such as Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam, etc., will be a plus.

Technical Skills: Confident computer usage.

Experience with VPN.

Experience with phone systems or any call-related software.

Own a laptop or computer with the required technical specifications.

A good quality headset (headphones with a microphone) ensuring clear sound without interference.

Reliable and stable internet connection for quality work.

Suitable working conditions: No background noise that could interfere with calls.

Working Conditions: Full-time: 5/2, working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). Days off: Sunday + one weekday.
