Employment Details Position: Full-Time Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Salary Range: 2.1 LPA to 2.4 LPA Responsibilities Data Management - Accurately input and update inventory data into warehouse management systems (WMS). - Maintain up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Create and update logs for product returns and damaged goods.
Documentation - Prepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Verify and cross-check data with physical records.
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for inventory and warehouse operations.
Coordination - Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with the logistics team regarding incoming shipments and stock updates.
Quality Assurance - Conduct regular audits to ensure all data entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in records.
System Usage - Operate and maintain warehouse management software and other relevant tools.
- Ensure backup and secure storage of critical data.
Additional Responsibilities - Assist in creating stock-taking schedules and coordinating physical inventory checks.
- Support the accounts team by maintaining payment and billing data for warehouse activities.
- Monitor and report stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Qualifications - Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management software.
- Strong typing and data entry speed with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for interdepartmental coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes is a plus.
