Job Summary
As an Overnight Shift Leader at GetGo, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of customers and team members during late-night operations. Your role will involve supervising the night crew, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a fast and friendly store culture.
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Experience Desired: Supervisory Experience, Customer Service/Retail Experience
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Certification or Licensing Preferred: Food Safety
Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
Maintain top priority of safety for team members, customers, and products
Provide guidance and coaching to team members for efficient and effective operation
Ensure proper food-handling certifications are maintained by all team members
Monitor competitor fuel pricing and make adjustments to remain competitive
Assist with scheduling, merchandising, and promotional activities
Provide exemplary service to vendors and stakeholders
Starting Rate of Pay
$17.50 per hour
