Description:
Perform manual and automated test, calibration, adjustments of products.
Evaluate test failures and determine if repair or re-alignment is required.
Learn, understand and utilize PC- based software as required.
Understand, and utilize STE, TME, ETMS, and PC-based software as required
Work and adhere to quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025 Client quality program.
Assist in maintaining the Calibration team's accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training.
Complete required forms, reports and other documentation per assembly instructions.
Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with fellow team members, customers, and management while adhering to the highest standards of business ethics.
Ability to calibrate instruments both manually and using automated test procedures.
Experience using automated calibration software is a plus.
Proficiency in reading and writing in English is essential for understanding technical documents, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Understand project timeline, goals and processes and take the lead to complete those requirements.
Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of related work experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and understand schematics, BOMs, and other engineering documents.
