General Maintenance

Job Description:

Maintain/cleaning the concrete plant, the yard, and all equipment.

Physical Labor: Power Washing, shoveling, breaking and chipping concrete within the mix truck

barrels

Sprays surfaces of truck with protective compound to prevent adhering of concrete.

Moving dirt, gravel, cement and aggregate

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver’s license

Must have reliable transportation to work

Knowledge of mechanics a plus

2nd Shift: 9:00am – Close (10-12 hours shifts)

Monday – Saturday (Flexible Start Times)

Pay Rate:

$23.00 per hour

Overtime: Any hours worked after 8 hours Monday – Friday / Any hours worked on the weekend

o Any attendance infractions within the week reverts to OT after 40 hours

401k – No Match

Basic Life Insurance

Allowed 4 unpaid days within the season (cannot be used consecutively)

After 2 year the employees receives 5 PTO days to be used in the winter
