We are seeking a well-experienced Team Leader - The Peak Grill Restaurant who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the The Peak Grill Restaurant Department within the Food & Beverage Division.
In this role, you are responsible in assisting the outlet management team plan, organise & supervise the restaurant and provide hands-on support to all colleagues within the outlet.
Ideal candidate shall meet the following criteria:
A Diploma or Degree in hospitality management is preferred.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years previous experience in a similar role in a five star hotel or high quality restaurant is required.
Passionate about F&B and customer service, outstanding communication skills, outgoing personality.
