Part-Time Property Manager – Argus Court/Argus Green (53 Units)

Hours: 28 hours per week

National Church Residences is a leading provider of affordable housing and senior services with a mission to provide high-quality care and service to our communities. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for our Argus Court/Argus Green communities, which consist of 53 units serving residents under Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD programs.
Job Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, maintaining high occupancy, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations
Ensure full compliance with Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD program requirements
Maintain accurate resident files and complete required reports in a timely manner
Utilize Yardi property management software for resident management and reporting
Coordinate with maintenance staff to address work orders and property upkeep
Conduct annual and interim recertifications, move-ins, and move-outs
Collaborate with regional managers and compliance teams to meet operational goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in affordable housing property management
Strong knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC, HUD regulations
Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Passion for serving residents in an affordable housing setting
