Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management and team to gain full understanding of project expectations
Manage assigned project workload to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
Monitor project progress and provide timely project status updates as required
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and updates
Maintain required documentation and administrative tasks for assigned projects
Utilize databases and software to effectively manage project workload
Provide solutions and alternative strategies for issues that arise during projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights
Continual learning and diligence to conduct business in accordance with established guidelines and company standards
Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project deadlines
