Job Description:
We are seeking a professional customer accounts coordinator to join our team. As the Regional Accounts Coordinator, you will be responsible for customer retention through superior customer service and service account management. You will create and maintain positive relationships, understand clients' needs, and connect them with appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate is highly organized with helpful, team player attitude and a propensity for sales. The Regional Accounts Coordinator will work closely with our Regional Service Manager to provide service support and customer advocacy.
Responsibilities
Attend and prepare for weekly meetings with the Regional Service Manager
Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers by scheduling regular service visits
Answer company calls and providing prompt issue resolution
Monitor and report on status of customer accounts, including A/R and billing
Provide administrative support through data entry, account reconciliation, and special project research
Participate in occasional networking events and capitalize on business growth opportunities
Generate proposals, estimates and invoices using QuickBooks Online
Create and monitor social media and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or two years experience in sales for a service industry business
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Strong computer and technology skills, specifically Microsoft products
Team player attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to benefit the customer and the company
