You are a great match for this role if you:

Have 2+ years of experience working in the construction industry in customer service, project coordination, installation, or other business/operations roles

Are a self-motivated and goal-driven individual

Thrive in a team-oriented environment committed to accomplishing goals and total customer satisfaction

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail

Enjoy working independently, are proactive and organized, and find satisfaction in seeing products through to completion

Proficiently utilize computers, smart devices, and various software including Microsoft Office

Have familiarity with construction applications including windows and doors

Your day-to-day may include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external teams and customers

Processing and placing orders from the sales team

Coordinating with vendors and manufacturers to purchase products

Tracking key order dates and activities

Scheduling project completion/installation, value-add services, and pre-finishing processes

Coordinating deliveries and post-installation customer payments

Managing recoveries for shortages, damages, and repairs

Ordering parts and scheduling service appointments

Processing factory credits and following up on pending and/or denied claims

Supporting independent contractors in the field

Additional responsibilities as assigned
