Electrician Helper

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Electrician Helper to assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, eager to learn, and capable of working in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components.

Pull wire, run conduit, and set up job materials and tools.

Use hand and power tools under supervision.

Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using hand tools and measuring devices.

Clean and prepare work areas and tools at the start and end of each shift.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Help with lifting, ladder setup, and moving materials as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Some electrical or construction experience a plus but not required.

Ability to follow instructions and learn on the job.

Basic understanding of electrical tools and equipment.

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces.

Willingness to work in various weather conditions and job sites.
