Pay Range: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 Annual Salary

This position will serve as the escalation point for our Level I and Level II technicians. Network administration and server management experience is a must. This person must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail and a high level of accountability with their work. A cybersecurity focused approach is required.
Minimum Requirements
5 years Help Desk experience
Customer Service experience
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology preferred
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+ or CCNA
CompTIA Security+
Microsoft 365 Platform Certifications preferred
Minimum 5 Years of technical support experience with proven examples of increased technical responsibility
Experience resolving desktop/laptop issues
Experience resolving advanced network issues
Experience with Windows 10/11
Experience with Windows Server OS
Experience with HyperV and VMWare
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience with Microsoft products (Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, SQL, etc)
Comfortable interacting with customers
Comfortable working independently
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Willing to travel to client locations as needed
Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and implementing network infrastructure builds and changes
Planning and implementing migration services for clients
Configuring and deploying firewalls, switches, access points and related hardware
Troubleshooting complex network and server issues
Help Desk Related
Respond to incoming support calls and emails
Open/Work/Close Help Desk Tickets
Mobile Device Support
Desktop/Laptop Support
Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows OS and MacOS
Migrate User Data
Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows Server OS
Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Server Virtualization
Configure/Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Tenants
Troubleshoot/Remediate Hardware Issues
Troubleshoot/Remediate Software Issues
Troubleshoot/Resolve Network Issues
Troubleshoot/Resolve Wireless Issues
Monitor/Diagnose/Remediate High Priority Alerts
Backup and Disaster Recovery Support
Setup Devices (i.e., Workstations, Printers, Mobile Devices, etc.) on Network
User/Access Provisioning Management
Audit Customer Networks Provide and Maintain Client Infrastructure Documentation
Licenses and Registrations

While performing the duties of this job, an individual is regularly required to talk and hear. The person must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
