MUST:

Experienced Project Analyst

DoD Top Secret Clearance Required

3+ years support for operational management

1+ years experieServiceNow experience, particularly PPM

1+ years experience with Demand, Project, Resource, and Timecard Management

Understanding of ServiceNow integration with Jira

Configuration of Performance Analytics & Dashboards

Both Agile and Waterfall proficiency

Stakeholder engagement

Functional knowledge of the DCSA or equivalent DOD Adjudication and Vetting processes pertaining to personnel security clearances

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) required

Bachelors Degree required

DUTIES:

Support complex projects with minimal oversight

Develop, maintain, and track project plans using ServiceNow PPM

Facilitate planning sessions and ensure alignment with agency goals

Interface with Government PMs, translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans

Create high-quality deliverables: POAMs, risk registers, change requests, status reports
