Your Mission Includes:

Leading and managing day-to-day operations of the nursing home

Ensuring compliance with state & federal regulations

Building strong relationships with residents, families & staff

Driving quality care initiatives and customer satisfaction

Managing budgets and fostering a positive work culture

Requirements:

Active LNHA license (required)

Strong communication & leadership skills

Proven experience in long-term care or healthcare administration

Passion for innovation, quality improvement, and teamwork
