Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Job Setting: Outpatient

Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care

Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks

Must be Board Certified

Must have MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) Degree
