Role Overview As the Project Management Head, you will spearhead and oversee all aspects of PRC’s projects and initiatives—ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder needs, and humanitarian standards.
This leadership role involves strategic planning, team management, cross-department coordination, and the delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to support PRC’s programs and objectives.
Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of projects, ensuring on-time completion, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Disaster Management, Health Services, Fund Generation, HR, Finance) and external partners to streamline resource allocation and project deliverables.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and challenges early, devising and implementing mitigation strategies.
Budget & Financial Oversight: Work closely with Finance to develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain compliance with organizational and donor requirements.
Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing project management team, providing guidance, training, and support in best practices and tools.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular status reports, KPIs, and impact assessments to senior management, donors, and other key stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes, lessons learned, and knowledge-sharing to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, or related fields.
5+ years of proven experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for cross-cultural collaboration.
Prior experience in budget and financial oversight.
