This position requires the daily management of day -to- day security operations and enhancing client relationships > Lead the security staff that provides our services. The CSM will be responsible for providing security at specific sites located within the 5 boroughs.
Candidates must be registered by the state of NY Division of Licensing as security guards and have a NYS Driver's license with a minimum of 5 years driving experience (must have a clean abstract). Security supervisor experience is a must. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with people while maintaining composure. Candidates must always be polite, courteous, and professional.

Responsibilities
The CSM will oversee an Operations Manager who will provide the scheduling of the security officers at each designated site, direct and prioritize the work activities of all assigned guards.
Review Post assignments
Responsible for making sure all logbooks and sign in sheets and equipment are properly
maintained
Make sure the security staff at each site properly responds to all incidents and reports
incidents through proper Corporate protocols. CSM will review the incident reports
Meet and approve all new hires and ensure the qualifications are met prior to assignment
The CSM will conduct investigations and prepare written reports when necessary
Meet with clients regularly to ensure the security service is operating as proposed
Participates in the planning process for all requests for scheduling of special events at site
location.
Attend weekly operations meeting at the Corporate office and report to VP of Operations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
