Duties & Responsibilities:
Support and Administration of SolidWorks PDM Professional, Intelex, D365 ERP, and other engineering systems
Work with a team to support and enhance applications, toolsets, and workflows
Work with external software vendors to develop, customize, implement, and maintain computer systems
Diagnose and solve a range of issues, including, but not limited to: software deployment, platform interoperability, migration strategies, installation and licensing, and software performance
Administration of new user or group permissions and review license usage and needs to support all users
Maintain synchronized data sets across multiple platforms
Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, verify, and process information or data
Promote the use of best practices for electronic workflows
Documentation and standards governance as well as creation of needed SOP’s and guidelines
Participate in process improvement activities
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree or minimum of 2 years of additional college courses in engineering or information technology preferred
2 years of experience in engineering systems, information technology, systems administration, or a related field preferred
Strong computer skills required; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products required; Knowledge of Intelex, Solidworks PDM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or Nicelabel preferred
Must be able to use a computer for extended periods throughout an 8 to 10-hour period
Strong verbal/written communication skills
