Job Description

How you will contribute

You will be part of the Kering Group’s Global Finance Shared Services Center for APAC located in Menara Symphony, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

Assist in daily manage Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) status

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation, recording and updating bank/merchant data

Administrative support, assist in bank and merchant application forms

Update Board Resolution copy in SAP

Assist in Bank Guarantee application and renewal Bank Guarantee

Assist in daily cash pooling interest posting in EBS and system

Arrange bank form signatures via email and follow up the status

May be required to take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about Treasury and SAP system

Effective communication skills

Reports to Senior Treasurer APAC

Who you are?

• Currently pursuing or completing Bachelor's Degree or higher

• Studying Accounting or Finance or Business

• Multi Lingual – English, Malay, Mandarin is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application

• Able to communicate and manage various stakeholders

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ideal Internship duration: 6 months, second option 3 months

• Internship allowance of RM1,500 monthly
