Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Masat, Dadra and haveli

Key Responsibilities:

Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager

Experience: Manager: 8-10 years (Min. 2-3 years lead role)

Sr. Manager: 12 – 15 years (Min. 5 years of lead experience)

Location: Masat

Job Responsibilities:

•Overall responsible for all product quality issue including generation of CAPA and 8D in plant.

•Responsible for ensuring customer communication and resolution for quality related conflict/issues is done by the plant local team in a timely and correct

manner.

•Responsible for quality level and COPQ reduction/reviews and improvement planning and control on delivered product quality.

•Responsible for insuring corrective actions taken for past quality issue are being followed in sustained manner and no re-occurrence of the past issues

•Responsible for all process quality communication to operations manager.

•Responsible for creating a structure to ensure all activities of the standard room (calibration).

•Built processes and system to ensure zero defect quality.

•Responsible for supplier quality along with scm.

•knowledge of metallurgy, drawing and ability to guide all functions on means result to result to resolve issue.

•Responsible for the implementation of QMS activities along with central MR.

•Representation of the quality functions within unit forums and with customers/suppliers.

Required Technical/Functional Skills:

•Problem solving techniques

•Quality management system

•Statistical tools and data analysis – SPC, MSA, DOE

•Manufacturing process knowledge – extrusion, injection moulding, textile polymers etc.

•New product development and validation and product approval.
