Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive who can create new sales pipelines, build partnerships, source projects, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.
You must be a serious, hardworking professional who takes ownership of targets and works independently to deliver results.
Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Development: Build and execute multiple sales pipelines to generate consistent project leads.
Freelance Platforms: Actively find and close projects through Upwork, Freelancer.com, and similar platforms.
Partnership & Alliance Building: Form strategic partnerships with consultants, brokers, and other sourcing agents.
Community Building: Develop and nurture a network of project consultants, freelancers, and brokers.
Direct Outreach Campaigns: Execute case-study-driven marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
Inbound Marketing: Support SEO, blog writing, and case study creation efforts to generate organic leads.
Government Projects: Explore opportunities for tenders, empanelment, and government project acquisition.
Event Participation: Represent CraftIndika at industry events, tech expos, and networking sessions.
Target Ownership: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with focus and seriousness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BBA / MBA / B.Tech / Any Relevant Field).
3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing for an IT company.
Hands-on experience in freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, or similar.
Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, SaaS, AI Solutions, Cloud Services).
Ability to independently plan, execute, and close deals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools (a plus).
Self-starter, result-oriented, hardworking, serious about long-term career growth.
