WH Bass, Inc. is currently seeking a talented professional for our Operations Coordinator role. This role serves the Bass operations team for support of our field and project management teams. This support will include, but not limited to Safety, field team support, as well as operations team report management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out duties in these areas:

Operations Reporting & Support

Maintain project related reports – job status, Superintendent & Carpenter assignment report, Accounts Receivable Summary Report, etc.

Scorecard Administration

Assist with tracking Monthly KPI’s

Build Software support and administration of users

New Team Member Playbooks

Warranty Coordination

Be the central point of contact for our customers to ensure warranty items are being verified as warranty and completed in a timely manner.

Assist PMs to coordinate with subs who may be responsible for item as well as possibly researching trades to help on items outside the original warranty scope

Assist PM’s with 30 day and 11-month list and verify that it is completed in a timely manner

Assist PM’s and CA’s with invoicing the customer for service work performed

Safety & Field Team Coordination

Verify quarterly safety certifications program and protocols to ensure Bass is the most up to date Safety program in compliance with OSHA, federal and state regulations.

Utilize Click Safety and Owyn for training opportunities to make sure field team has up to date on OHSA 10/30, First Aid, CPR, equipment certification, Blue Card, etc.

Collecting and filing OSHA/Incident reports

PPE inventory & coordination

Qualifications and Education Requirements

7-10 years’ experience in administrative assistance

Knowledge of the construction industry

Proficiency in any Microsoft office software

Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent multitasking skills

Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Excellent problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized
