Now Hiring: Leadman / Foreman

Hourly Rate: $23-$40 (Based on Experience)

Location: Travel may be required

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Leadman/Foreman to join our construction team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who leads by example, motivates their crew, and has a strong foundation in general construction. Concrete forming or pipe laying experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and assist crews in the completion of daily construction tasks

Motivate team members to maintain productivity and safety on site

Perform general labor including material unloading, site preparation, and cleanup

Use hand tools for tasks such as digging, trenching, and exposing utilities

Measure and cut various building materials accurately

Support skilled tradespeople with ongoing tasks

Adhere to all company safety procedures and policies

Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making in the field

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

Proficient in general construction; concrete forming or pipe laying experience is a plus

Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk or stand for 6–12 hours a day

Willing and able to work in all weather conditions and climates

Capable of working out of town when necessary

Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills

Compensation:

$23/hour and up, depending on experience
