Our company is seeking an experienced Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, trucks and excellent customer service skills. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, assessing their needs, and providing them with the best possible service.

Full Time / M-F

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess their needs

- Communicate with customers about their vehicle's issues and provide recommendations for repairs

- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services

- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided

- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as an Service Writer

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs

- Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and automotive service software
