Tutor Doctor Pearland is a tutoring company providing private, in-home, one-to-one tutoring to students in all grade levels in Pearland, Friendswood, League City and neighboring areas. The tutor goes to the student's home to deliver tutoring.

The ideal Spanish candidate for this job can provide tutoring for English and Math to students of elementary and middle school grade levels.

Must have a college degree and experience teaching / tutoring. Must be dependable and well organized.

What do we look for in a tutor?

Bilingual with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and a friendly personality

Academic background in the subject area-degree or diploma

Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching and/or tutoring

Ability to personalize lessons for each student

Must be comfortable doing in-home tutoring

Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle

Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes to student location

Strong typing, PC, and recording skills

Access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphoneLocation: Pearland, Friendswood and neighboring areas

Job Type: Part-time, Contract

Tutors are independent contractors and have the freedom to use their own teaching styles and methods.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates depending on qualification and experience.

Schedule: Flexible, mostly weekday evenings and weekends
