An established company in the Ocala, FL area is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their call center team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with mortgage-related inquiries, primarily post-closing.

Pay: $18+ / hour DOE
Key Responsibilities of the CSR:
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Accurately update customer records in internal databases.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
Adhere to company training, protocols, and customer satisfaction standards.
Consistently prioritize customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Requirements of the CSR:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact or call center environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt to dynamic situations
Experience managing customer accounts and payment information preferred
Familiarity with mortgage servicing, regulatory requirements, and Green Screen software (MSP, Premier) is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
