As a Service Technician, you will report directly to the Community Manager and play a critical role in keeping our property safe, attractive, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include:

Completing service requests promptly and professionally.

Performing preventative maintenance on apartments, grounds, pools, and common areas.

Maintaining landscaping and grounds to keep the community pristine.

Assisting with pool operations and maintenance (seasonal).

Supporting overall community safety and curb appeal.

Participating in on-call rotations to deliver 24-hour maintenance services when needed.What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of multifamily/apartment maintenance experience.

Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC, and irrigation systems.

Certifications:

EPA or HVAC Certification preferred.

Pool Operator Certification a plus.

Customer Service: Committed to providing responsive, high-quality service to residents and coworkers.

Availability: Must be able to respond to after-hours service calls on a rotating basis.Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and work in tight spaces.
