Consumer Loan Processor

A Consumer Loan Processor is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and compliant loan documentation for the consumer lending team.

Responsibilities

Process consumer loan documentation using the LaserPro loan origination system.

Assist consumer lending staff with contacting customers by phone and email for required documentation.

Prepare loan distribution sheets.

Perform compliance and documentation quality control review.

Assist with updating processing procedures.

Input loan information into bank’s core system.

Provides maintenance check back to the bank’s core system.

Assist Pre-Closer with preliminary pre-close review as needed.

May assist with processing of loan payments.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school;

Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Banking or Financial experience preferred.
