Evening Supervisor (Must have ID/DD experience)

We're looking for an Evening Supervisor to welcome new employees and help them learn their job. They will work with the management teams at each location to support employees and train them to work in our homes with people who have developmental disabilities. This person must be familiar with OPWDD regulations. They must be a role model for our mission-based work while cultivating our values across Saratoga Bridges. Do you have what it takes? To be eligible, you will need:

High school diploma/GED, bachelor's preferred

3 years of experience working in the ID/DD field

1 year of supervisory experience

Valid Driver's License

Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday evening or Wednesday to Saturday evenings
