JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee all functions of project construction
Hold meetings with subcontractors
Create and maintain project schedule
Managing daily activities of subcontractors
Handling inspections for projects
Maintain a safe, clean and compliant job site
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulationsRequirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years’ experience as commercial construction superintendent
Must be familiar with construction means, methods, and terminology
Must be able to read and understand plans and specifications
Preferred experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Procore
Must have a valid Drivers’ License
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and self motivated
